ECASA is a long-standing member of the Council of Equine & Equestrian Professionals of South Africa (CEEPSA)
Members are bound by CEEPSA’s and ECASA’s Code of Ethics
Professional membership of ECASA (includes a Professional membership with CEEPSA) and is offered to all Equestrian Qualifications Authority South Africa (EQASA) qualified Coaches (including all Equestrian Sport Disciplines) at the National Qualifications Framework (NQF) Levels 5-7 and through EQASA’s affliliation to the International Group of Equestrian Qualifications (IGEQ) International Passport Levels 1-3
A Professional Designation and Registration number is issued via CEEPSA each membership subscriptionyear which may be used on all correspondence and media

ECASA Members are

Qualified Professional Equestrian Coaches who:

• Have achieved a registered national qualification in equestrian coaching/ instruction

• Have their South African Equestrian coaching/instruction qualification recognised Internationally

• Are members of the SA Equestrian Professional Body (Council of Equine and Equestrian Professionals of South Africa NPC)

• Have a registered professional designation as an Equestrian Practitioner on the National Learners Records Database (NLRD)

• Are committed to Continuing Professional Development (CPD)

• Have signed Codes of Conduct with both ECASA and the Professional Body CEEPSA

• Are in possession of a current level one first aid certificate

• Have insurance cover and police clearance (per individual)
